Anthony was fantastic at understanding what I am looking for right away and presenting the properties that I liked. It was a very tight deadline but he managed to find the perfect home for me. The Lino Arci Team were a seller's dream come true! Both Italia and Lino took exceptional care of us which lead to the sale of our rental property. I can't say enough good things about them. Italia kept us in the loop via emails and texts throughout the duration of the home being listed. Every two weeks, we would receive an update regarding the market, as well as feedback on the house from the agents who completed the showings.... Italia and Lino followed up with EVERY SINGLE SHOWING. That is dedication and care. They also tried various strategies to increase traffic on showings which clearly worked because we had over 58 showings within 2 weeks once changes were made and then accepted an offer from one of the agents and their clients. Other team members like Jessica, their assistant and marketing director, delivered prompt service when it came to documentation and answering questions. Even their landscapers and cleaning team lead by Irene were so polite, accommodating, and ultimately strived to prepare our house so that it was in the best condition possible to maximize potential for sale. If we had to sell again, or are in the market to buy, without a doubt I will be contacting the Lino Arci Team. We are so grateful.

I sold my house in February in hours!!! The Lino Arci team went above and beyond setting my house up for sale and negotiating an offer that came on the first day. They did everything from professional staging, cleaning, drone video and photography! I cant believe my house sold so fast for the highest price ever on the street!
