Selling your home is usually such an emotional and stressful process, however, Italia and Lino made the whole experience so seamless and stress-free. They were there to help with anything you needed. Amit Talreja was so great to work with because he was extremely positive throughout the entire experience. It was our first time buying a home and even when we felt like we would never find anything suitable for us he never gave up. He remained calm and professional and offered an abundance of resources to help us achieve the end results we wanted. He’s an amazing agent and I’m glad we got to work with him.

<p>We worked with Amit when we were looking at options for a new home back in December 2020. One of the first impressions we got from him was that he was very prompt in his responses and proactive in finding homes that fit our requirements. Within a few days we saw several houses with him providing his expertise and guidance. He always had the answers for any questions we had regarding the houses he was showing. It showed to us that he did his homework prior to us seeing the houses. When we had finally decided on a home, his strategy to close the deal allowed us to put in our offer and we closed within 1 day of putting it in. He worked tirelessly late at night to update contracts and make sure T's and C's were accurate so we could sign with confidence.</p> <p>After the purchase, Italia and Lino's team helped us organize and stage the home within 4 days of us purchasing the new home. I would equate this to some sort of miracle as our home, like most homes, had tons of accumulated items over the year which we had to move and store. The staging team came in once we had moved things to storage and they transformed the house into an immaculate show home. Our kids were amazed at how great it looked (without all our usual junk lying around!)!</p> <p>Within 3 days of listing (it was showed over the weekend), we had 2 firm offers and closed our sale on the 4th day over asking.</p> <p>End-to-end from the time we purchased to the time we sold was about 8 days. Seamless and efficient would be the two words I would describe our experience for what would normally be a very stressful string of events.</p> <p>We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this entire team to anyone who's in need of a real estate agent. They are one of the best teams we've ever worked with.</p>
