We had a pleasant experience even in a tough market. Everything went as expected and there was no unexpected surprises. Our agent was always reachable and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. This is always a stressful time for families and we were able to move on with the next phase of our life due to the sale of the house.

When Lino Arci and Florica came over my house and stated that they had a buyer for my property to which being a seller and real estate broker, I asked them to bring in the buyer and will proceed with the formality after. The following day being Saturday, they asked for a showing in evening and later on Sunday they met me in the morning with the listing and offer documents to which I was astonished especially with the offer coming from another agent. Lino got me the price what I was looking for and in a fast unexpected time frame. I am looking forward doing business with the Lino Arci Team again in the future and wish them all the best!
