<p>My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ruth. We found that she was extremely knowledgeable (not only as a real estate agent but she has done full home remodels herself and made thoughtful suggestions). There are three main reasons that I really enjoyed working with her:<br /> 1. As the home we purchased had been a long term rental, she suggested and put in our contract that we could do a final walk through just prior to possession as the tenant was moving out. This was extremely beneficial as the place had been left dirty and items (curtain rods) had been removed leaving damaged walls and there was also move out damage done to the ceilings. Ruth worked quickly to negotiate a purchase price reduction to satisfy the damage that we had to repair and also had the existing owner send in cleaners to tidy up the mess left.<br /> 2. I found that she was respectful of space, meaning .... she gave us space for private discussions between my husband and myself, when we discussed the home that we had just seen she would quietly wait until we were finished and then offer some comments (price, if she thought that the price could be negotiated, negative and positives that we might not have considered).<br /> 3. Her negotiation skills ... she was amazing!! I do not know if it was because we had reasonable pricing goals or what, but she worked within our price range and got us an amazing deal on a home, and then negotiated a little more.</p> <p>I have purchased homes before and she is the best Real Estate Agent that I have every worked with. I would highly recommend Ruth to any prospective buyer or seller as Ruth really works hard to make her client's happy. I have already recommended her services personally to friends.</p>

<p>Ruth was amazing! We SO enjoyed working with her while selling our home. She was in our corner the whole way through, she went above and beyond and made our experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with Ruth when selling or buying a home, she is knowledgeable, professional, and very fun!</p>
