Ruth Lamb knows her stuff!! She helped my family and I through the whole process of selling our condo — from beginning to end. Not only was she an awesome realtor, she also made us feel like she was a good friend, who helped us every step of the way!! She is very good at communicating and answering questions and concerns we had. She also was able to bring to our attention things that we hadn’t thought of ourselves — and the solutions. I highly recommend her.

Ruth Lamb is energetic, knowledgeable, and great communicator when it comes to selling our home. Our concerns were her concerns. <p>Ruth came into our lives in November 2017 as our rental drama began to unfold, very little time to relocate and nowhere to go. We decide our only option was to bite the bullet and buy. Ruth to the rescue. Initially, Ruth left all the leg work to her assistant, Jessica, who was very accommodating and helpful, but no Ruth? Once we made our first contact with Ruth and our desires were matched up, things took off fairly quickly. We ended up with a home close to what were looking for at the price we were able to handle. Most of the business end of the transaction went very smoothly (except for one minor hiccup regarding the deck) which I don't really fault Ruth on.</p> <p>Life goes on, problem solved! Ruth is a gem amongst the masses of realtors. She surprised me at every turn. She demonstrated her concerned for my well being beyond the sale pf my home in that she was adamant I had a place to reside (a plan) before we put the house on the market. She is savvy about the trends of the market and it showed in her strategy for the sale of my particular home. The skill with which Ruth staged my house for the sale was so good, I almost did not want to sell! Her knowledge and hard work coupled with integrity made me feel taken care of as though I was family. If you are looking for an honest, industry intelligent, caring realtor whos work ethic is superb, you will do yourself the best by choosing Ruth Lamb.
