<p><br /> Ruth was pivotal in the sale of our house. She was up against a slowing market, a house that had been on the market for about 5-6 months already, and the slow season of the year. She helped us with the staging (adding a number of her own personal touches from her home), always kept us in the loop for anything that was going on behind the scenes, had strategies and answers to all of our questions throughout the whole process, and had great connections that gave us the best chance of exposure. In the end our house sold for more than asking - what more can a seller ask for?? Thanks very much Ruth!</p>

As a older nervous buyer, Ruth was very patient, and walked me thru a lot of the trauma in buying a home. Her warm hugs when she saw me, were always appreciated. I am very grateful to her, and will recommend her to others. Sometimes when one has been thru a lot of trauma, e.g. the death of a husband, we need a person like Ruth.

The selling of our property was difficult as the house belonged to my elderly mother. I was listed on the property as joint owner but this was my mothers home for many years which compounded the stress for her and the rest of the family. Ruth provided excellent professional information and kept in close contact with both my mother and myself. Ruth was so supportive to my mother, very patient and understanding and made many extra visits to assist and support her. Ruth also facilitated the move of moms furniture as I live out to town and therefore it was difficult to be there for all the many pieces involved in the selling of a large home. both my mother and myself appreciate Ruth's help and extra TLC. Everything went smoothly, our house was well priced and we were happy for mother's sake that it sold quickly Thanks Ruth!!
