Ruth and Kelly Lamb did an exceptional job helping me sell my property on Moberly Rd during what was truly a unique and high-stress situation. The sale came with multiple layers of complexity: three tenants living on the property, a challenging time of year when the market was slow, and one of my units sitting vacant. Coordinating showings and generating buyer interest under those conditions was no small task. On top of that, the property was held in a corporation and had a CPL registered against it — circumstances that could easily have derailed or delayed the sale. Despite all of this, Ruth and Kelly remained calm, professional, and incredibly steady throughout the process. They were especially effective in communicating with the buyer’s realtor, ensuring that all parties felt informed, reassured, and confident moving forward. What stood out most was how seamlessly they helped guide this sale to completion, even with the emotional weight attached to the property — it was my very first home in Kelowna and held a lot of meaning for me. Their care, patience, and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and well-supported.
