We had lived in the same home for 40 years and found the real estate experience very daunting at first but Jorie made it very easy and rewarding for us. She kept us informed at every step of the process, was full of knowledge and we learned more from Jorie in 10 minutes than we had from our realtor at home in a month. We feel that Jorie went above and beyond to help us with arranging the showings, the home inspection and dealing with the details as they arose. We have already highly recommended Jorie to relatives that are considering making the same move.

Could not have asked for a better experience with Jorie! We live in the Lower Mainland and had a large search area covering a good slice of the Island. Jorie would pick us up from either the ferry or airport and show us as many places we could fit in ranging from the Malahat to Black Creek. Prompt responses and kept us well informed. In fact, the house we purchased had an accepted offer while we were about to view it, we cancelled the viewing, 2 weeks later she texts and says it available again! In two days we had an accepted offer on our dream house. Thank you for all your help and highly recommend Jorie and the team.

I would highly recommend Jorie for any house moves. She is friendly, polite, honest, efficient and very hard-working. You can tell she genuinely cares about finding the right home for you. Jorie has always given us her honest view on a house and never pushed, she thoroughly guided us through the whole process, handling lots of the admin and even coordinating searches. Her communication is amazing, we never have to wait long for a response to questions which is hugely appreciated. Overall she has made the house-buying process much less stressful and if we ever need to move again she will be my first call!

As a first time home buyer what impressed me was Jorie's responsiveness, no question was too small, regardless of the time of day or night. I felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. I found my perfect home in the Comox Valley with her help. If you want a dedicated, knowledgeable, and upbeat realtor, she's your girl! She was also extremely helpful with my young daughter during showings so that I could have a few minutes to focus on the homes. I will absolutely use her again if/when I decide to sell.

Very upbeat, helpful and knowledgeable about the properties and the areas we were looking at. Jorie devoted an entire day to showing us the properties we wanted to see. She was very capable and made things happen even though this all took place over a holiday weekend.
