We were so lucky to work with Jorie Gough of the Bryce Hansen Team. We were looking at houses in Courtenay and needed someone who knew the Valley well. She found us the perfect house for our growing family and did a very thorough video walkthrough with us as we weren't able to view the house in person before putting in an offer. She has great attention detail taking into consideration so many factors that we hadn't thought of. She made the whole process very low stress even though it was a bidding war. Jorie went above and beyond to help with my purchase. . She was very prepared for showings, promptly got questions to my questions (including getting lots documentation from the strata),, made herself available on short notice and was very knowledgeable about the Comox Valley.
