We couldn’t be happier that we went with Jorie as our agent. Any questions that we had she answered thoroughly and objectively. We didn’t feel any pressure to purchase and truly felt like her priority was getting us into our dream home. We purchased from out of town and she always made herself available for video walk throughs. She’s very well versed in all things real estate and renovating and takes her time explaining things. Jorie went above and beyond to help with my purchase. . She was very prepared for showings, promptly got questions to my questions (including getting lots documentation from the strata),, made herself available on short notice and was very knowledgeable about the Comox Valley. She truly was a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Jorie as a realtor and she will be who I will call if I am ever in the market again.

Jorey was great. She devoted an entire weekend to making our purchase happen. She was very professional, and knew her stuff, she knew the areas that would best suit us and which builders would give us the best bang for our bucks.

Could not have asked for a better experience with Jorie! We live in the Lower Mainland and had a large search area covering a good slice of the Island. Jorie would pick us up from either the ferry or airport and show us as many places we could fit in ranging from the Malahat to Black Creek. Prompt responses and kept us well informed. In fact, the house we purchased had an accepted offer while we were about to view it, we cancelled the viewing, 2 weeks later she texts and says it available again! In two days we had an accepted offer on our dream house. Thank you for all your help and highly recommend Jorie and the team.
