If I could give Jorie higher than a 5-star rating, I would! I emailed the Bryce Hensen Team, got randomly paired with Jorie and I couldnt have been more thankful! From her communication skills, to her community knowledge both neighborhoods and connections, to her work ethic and overall passion for realestate, it was all so inspiring to work along side. She was very responsive to all my questions and patient with me when my Vancouver condo tool much longer to sell than expected. I am moving from Vancouver, BC to Courtenay and had limited windows to view properties but that didnt phase her one bit, she lined-up multiple back to back viewings in one day and it all went very smoothly. I was looking for an older character home which meant many subjects to check-off and she was a champion at knowing exactly what to do and who to contact. By the end of the experience, I felt like she deserved an award for how above and beyond she went. Amazing human, amazing realtor!

Jorie has been tirelessly helping us through the property hunting as well as the purchase. She arranged also video showing if we could not make it over. We felt we saw more details in the occasions than we were on site. Her professional expertise has made the whole experience super smooth and helped to close the deal in 4days after the subject removal which allowed us lock to a better mortgage rate.
