<p>I would recommend this realtor, he went above and beyond on the sale of my home. He has a stager that he works to make the home as neat and appealing to every person coming through the door. Approaching the second week with no offers, he called me and asked if it’s ok to lower the price and how I felt about it, no pressure given. My realtor called or Email me every few days on how everything was going and if their was anything he can do for me. The same day that the price was lowered, I received 2 offers. He still was not satisfied with the first offers and he went back with both agents and asked to go back to their clients and asked them that if they want the house they had to put a better offer for their were 2 of them. He followed through for the person buying my home , that they got the loan and the home inspection before he called me about the good news . He called me as soon as he knew that everything was Ok , he came the same evening in person to celebrate together and congratulate me and put the SOLD sign outside and took a picture with me beside the sold sign. Jim is a first rate Real Estate Broker. He is enthusiastic and clearly loves what he does. He is readily available by phone or text. Most importantly he is a smart strategist, knowledgeable about market conditions and and he is a brilliant negotiator. I recommend Jim unreservedly!

I've always used Jim as an agent and have always had great results. This time for instance, we put my condo on the market on Friday and it sold on the following Tuesday, for an almost asking price. He actually predicted on the Friday, that it would sell the night the offers started. He did a phenomenal job on staging as well. I always recommended Jim for his great service and wonderful attitude. I am ecstatic with our previous sale!

We enjoyed the selling process working with Jim Gallagher. At no time did we become confused or unsure of what was happening. We felt confident and trusted his judgement and advice. .The "staging", digital images and brochure of our house were very appealing. We are relieved that the process did not drag on too long. Our house was on MLS for 10 days with 51 showings. We had an 11th hour, down to the wire, potential buyer [friend of our family] show up in the midst of the bidding process that could have derailed Jim's efforts on our behalf. He was very accommodating and professional, did not panic and did all he could to insert them into the bidding process. After all this effort, friends dropped out ! ..... and we accepted another offer. We are completely satisfied with how it all worked out in the end.
