I was a little skeptical at first trying to sell a condo in December, so close to Christmas, all during a surge in the pandemic. Within 3 weeks of listing the property, we have a done deal, and at the full value of what we expected. Jim had the property up for sale within days and professionally staged. Multiple showings were booked literally days after listing. Jim kept me personally aware of all happenings almost daily. We were on the same page from the start and I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out.

I usually don't give out reviews and have a pretty high standard when it comes to service. 5 Star service has to be earned, and Jim definitely earned it! Jim is a consummate professional and by far the best Realtor I have worked with. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. With Jim's marketing, we got 9 offers, and thanks to his negotiation skills, we've got the highest price on the street (for a comparable home). We consider Jim a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a Realtor (to buy or sell).
