Jim provided our family excellent service for the sale of our home. His knowledge, professionalism and experience was a proven asset for our quick sale. His initial visit with us was very informative and we felt no pressure to list with him. He was always available and answered emails, texts, and calls very quickly. Jim diligently helped me and my elderly mother through the sale of her house. He was respectful, professional and knowledgeable about the neighbourhood and the market (Drury Park in Milton). He correctly predicted the selling price but also encouraged us the ask for more. He hired a stager (no cost to us) who made the house much more presentable - my mother had already moved out of the house so the stager worked with what he had left and added some items. Jim was very accomodating on meeting with my mother who is in a retirement house that because of Covid 19 has restrictions on visitations. His commission rate was also very fair.
