Jim Gallagher made it happen for us! We had interviewed a number of realtors prior to making the decision to go with Jim, and we are definitely glad we did! Jim is very knowledgeable, hard working, responsive, and just a generally great guy. On top of all of this his rate was a great value for what you are receiving in return. It was such a tough market when we had to sell going into fall. Jim’s vision for listing, guidance throughout the process, and positive attitude made a very stressful situation much more manageable for us. Jim was also willing to put in the work doing open houses almost every weekend while the house was on the market. I think this is really important in such a slow market as it gets more traffic through the listing and many agents aren’t willing to do it. Shout out to Christopher Copeland as well who is Jim’s “partner in crime”. He helped out with the valuation and some of the open houses. During the pricing negotiation I always felt like we were on the same team, and I never felt any pressure to reduce the price to something we were not comfortable with or take an offer we didn’t think was fair. I really like that Jim always wanted to include the Mrs in the process as well and she was appreciative of that. Highly recommend Jim to anyone looking to sell their home!
