I am 89 years old and I just sold my home with Jim as my real estate agent. Jim was knowledgeable about the current property values and got me a great deal despite the declining housing market. Jim was very patient despite working with not only me but my three daughters as well. We never felt rushed by Jim, he was thorough and walked us through the process ahead of time, and made the entire experience as smooth as possible. Jim also sent out flyers around the neighbourhood to ensure the house got as much exposure as possible. He is a true professional and I would recommend other homeowners to use Jim when selling their homes.
