For a non-investor, I have bought and sold homes way too many times, in several different places. That means I’ve worked with a lot of Realtors -- good ones, bad ones, some that I regret ever meeting. But Jim Gallagher stands out among the crowd. Jim truly goes “the extra mile” for his clients. Jim has helped with multiple sales and purchases for me and for family members, and it’s Jim’s expertise and hard work that have saved us all a lot of stress and money. Jim helped us out with advice and support when the market was crazy hot and people were frantic over bidding wars and high prices, and now he’s helped us out again, when the market is nearly frozen -- both situations that demand the careful strategy of an experienced agent whose focus is to figure out how to get the job done. I just bought a new home, thanks to Jim, and I ended up with extra money in my bank account and a comfortable home that I never expected I could afford. Jim, I can’t thank you enough for your wise, strategic advice and all the extra info and “value added” help that you provided me. I’m looking forward to moving into my new home!

Chris was excellent to work with. His analysis of each property and the comparables was extremely valuable in determining our offer. Chris is friendly and always available to address my numerous questions. He crushed it!

If I could give more stars I would! Jim was wonderful, always keeping us in the loop with what was going on with the market. Having the staging included was a huge bonus. Highly recommend. He kicked ass!

Jim and his team christopher copeland took extraordinary measures to ensure that i find the perfect home for my family and i , jim sold my home in 2009 and i contacted him again to rent a home and he referred me to christopher copeland. Christopher is very knowledgeable and he answers all questions very precise to detail. At first we were suppose to rent but then decided to purchase a home . Throughout the whole experience christopher went above and beyond to ensure all expectations were met. hes funny and a good listener to our needs. Will give this team 10 stars if i could and will for sure be recommending them to anyone who needs a home realtor in the near future

Five stars across the board. I just sold my condo in one of the toughest market conditions. The local condo market is exceptionally slow, and similar units in my complex had sat, unsold, on the market for more than seven months. But thanks to Jim, my condo sold in five days for a higher price than I’d expected. This wasn’t my first home sale. I have bought and sold more properties than I care to admit – internationally, cross-country, and within the province. I’ve been disappointed by many agents in the past; however, each time I’ve worked with Jim, I’ve been impressed and delighted by his attention to the details that others so often miss. Jim knows his stuff. Of all the realtors I have worked with, I’ve never found one that works as hard for a client as Jim Gallagher. This time was no different. Unlike many agents, Jim does more than just smile and “fill out the forms”. His advice and recommendations for my sale were carefully thought out and made sense. My home was well-marketed, presented in its best light to as many buyers as possible. Along with his strategies honed by experience, Jim offers staging, professional photos, a detailed listing, feature sheets and more, all at a discount price. Jim is the best value around! Throughout the sales process, Jim was accessible. I appreciated his positive attitude, steady reassurance, and all the helpful information he shared. The bottom line was a fast sale at a good price (in a difficult market!). For anyone looking for a realtor to help with a sale or purchase, I wholeheartedly recommend that they call Jim Gallagher.

I didn't work with Jim, and instead his colleague Chris Copeland was my realtor. Chris was extremely professional every step of the way in my search for buying a condo. He was friendly, puntual, knowledgeable, and always willing to help me out. He made the process of buying my first condo/home very smooth. I'll definitely work with him in the future and recommend my friends and family to him.
