We had a great experience working with Jim Gallagher and his partner Chris Copeland when buying a house in the GTA. Chris knows the area very well and provided insight about specific buildings and developments which are not publicly available. He has a good eye for detail and kept us informed about required maintenance and hidden costs of each property we were shown. Chris was always available for showings and we never felt pressured to make a purchase. Overall they made the process very easy, especially with home inspections and contacting a mortgage broker and lawyer. I would highly recommend Chris and Jim to any prospective home buyers.

Jim is an extraordinary realtor. On this particular home sale we had a lot of challenges and Jim handled each one with a smile and never-ending patience. Any realtor can handle an average sale but not every realtor will stick it out with you to the bitter end if its not so easy. If you're looking for an outstanding realtor, Jim is your best choice!
