Jeremy made buying my first home as stress free as possible. I always felt like a priority, and in the crazy fast market i bought in, having a realtor who is prompt and efficient was key to the successful purchase of my home. He had great advice to give, and his expertise in negotiating was extremely valuable. I purchased my home for under list price AND had a new roof put on the home before i got it. He is extremely personable and genuinely cared about finding me exactly what i wanted. 10/10 would recommend.

Jeremy made the home buying process very easy and enjoyable. He was always quick to respond to my requests. It was great to have someone so reliable and would schedule viewings within hours. He was very patient with me and I never felt any pressure from him to buy anything. Once I found the perfect place he was quick to secure the deal for a price I was comfortable with. Even after move in day he was checking in to make sure everything was still going well. He is an excellent real estate agent that anyone would be lucky to have!

Used Jeremy to sell our condo and I was very satisfied with the experience. In interviewing realtors there were several that either refused to get back to me or flat out said the condo will not sell anywhere near our asking price. Jeremy was different because he let us completely drive the process and was quite open to working with us to give our price a shot. Jeremy took on the challenge and sold the condo within 60 days. When the negotiations were getting tough Jeremy was even able to get the other side to reduce their commission. In the end the condo sold above what other realtors said was the expected sale price in their opinion. With Jeremy you are going to get an agent who will actually work for you and not pressure you into something you do not want. Not once during our sale was there pressure to accept an offer. Instead Jeremy always said that he would stand behind us if we wanted to do a "firm and final" offer. This was probably the most welcoming part of the transaction as not once we were pressured to drop the price, accept a low offer, etc. We were supported the whole way.

Jeremy recently helped my partner and I buy our first home and I can not recommend him enough! Throughout the whole process, Jeremy was personable, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped us as first time home buyers to find a home that we love and made the process as smooth as possible- he even put in our offer on a Saturday night. Jeremy was quick to respond to texts and emails whenever we had questions and did it all with a smile. We had such a great experience working with Jeremy and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Jeremy was a pleasure to work with! He always went above and beyond for us and was very patient. He got us into our dream house quickly and sold our old townhouse within 5 days of listing! He has an awesome personality and was seemingly always available for us whenever we needed him! Every time I saw him he met me with my favourite coffee drink and he left us a super generous gift when we got the keys to our new place! He is a newer realtor but don't let that scare you away. He knows what he is doing! I would highly recommend Jeremy. :)

He researched the area my house was in and had worked hard to market it to it's full potential.
