I have worked with Jeremy to both purchase and sell my condo, as well as purchase a home. He was professional, easy to communicate with and very easy going! His quick responses and ability to work with our busy schedules was awesome and we won’t hesitate to use him with our next home investment :)

For our first time buying a home Jeremy couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable. He first set us up on an app to see what houses had everything we wanted and that was in our price range. Whenever we were interested in looking to see a house he was always ready to book a showing and answer any questions we had! When it came to putting in an offer he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to have our offer be on top and explained the whole process to us. Couldn’t have been more happy going with Jeremy would/will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

Jeremy made first time home buying as easy as it can get. We were able to go from looking at listings and not knowing what we're doing to possession within 2 months! We always felt that we're a priority from day one, he answered any concerns we had even late in the evening, he's just amazing to work with, would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I would definitely recommend Jeremy to my friends and family. He was willing to accommodate my need for email communication and remote viewings, as I bought from out of town. As someone who hates pushy salesmen, Jeremy never made me feel pressured or like I was just being used for commission. He is well-spoken, kind, prompt to respond, and knows the industry well. He isn't afraid to tactfully discuss differing opinions to give you a reality check when needed, which is especially useful to first time buyers. He was able to get all the information and documents needed from the sellers, and was great at keeping me in the loop. Jeremy is also willing to help you negotiate a good deal, and will work hard to keep everyone happy and the deal smooth.

Jeremy went above and beyond my expectations. I am an out of town seller and he was much more responsive, proffesional and helpful than other realtors I have used in the past. As a seller of a relatively inexpensive condo I was extremely happy with the level of commitment and attention to detail he put into my listing. Very knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Edmonton area.
