We found he was a very well-informed and well-spoken local who could make a difference in the way we approach possibly the biggest purchase of our life. We are so happy to have chosen Jeremy. He went above and beyond to help us secure an amazing home before it was even listed on the market and we benefited from his proactive approach greatly. My wife and I embarked on our first home purchase in January 2022. We had always lived in BC but were looking to make the jump and move to Edmonton for cost-of-living and family reasons. Our experience with Jeremy couldn't have been any better. He's super knowledgeable, communicative, responsive and perhaps most importantly went above and beyond to ensure we would end up with our perfect home. Since we were in BC it was tricky to view homes in-person, but Jeremy was very accommodating and took video tours for us. After we had narrowed down our list, he scheduled a bunch of in-person viewings on the weekend, drove us around and helped us put in an offer that same evening. Although there were some minor issues with the home we put in the offer for, he was right on top of things and made sure everything was resolved and taken care of before our possession date. Throughout the whole process, no matter the day or time, he was always readily available to answer any questions or offer guidance on anything. We will 100% use him as our realtor again in the future.
