We were extremely happy with Jeremy and his services as our agent. When we decided to buy our first home in April of this year, we didn’t know anything about buying a house but knew the market was going to be competitive. Jeremy helped us navigate the process with ease. He was armed with a deep knowledge of how to put together a winning offer, including a number of strategies that showed his intricate knowledge of the process - he really knows his stuff! He was also very responsive and arranged showings for us at short notice. We often felt like we were his only clients, even though we knew that he was one of Edmonton’s most in-demand agents. Jeremy gave us valuable advice that was instrumental in helping us secure our home quickly. With him by our side, we managed to find an amazing home in a great neighbourhood in a surprisingly short time. Jeremy was incredible to work with! We purchased from out of province and he made the whole experience seamless. We weren’t able to look in person so he took videos for us so that we could have a virtual showing of all of the different apartments. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and especially with getting extensions from the buyer due to multiple mistakes by our bank. I cannot recommend him enough!
