From there, Jaclyn had us set up to receive postings and was quick to jump on potential leads. Throughout the entire process, Jaclyn was incredibly responsive, courteous, and on the ball. As first time home buyers, Jaclyn took the time to guide us and always ensured we felt confident in our decision making. Jaclyn literally changed our minds on realtors! We have had past experiences with realtors that made the entire process less than enjoyable, but Jaclyn walked us through everything clearly so we could feel confident in our purchase with ZERO pressure. Especially for our first purchase in BC (we had lots of questions), Jaclyn made sure we understood everything and took care of it all for us! She even went the extra mile to send extra inspectors (no extra cost to us) to ensure our new purchase would be issue free and help with our decision.
