Jaclyn helped us buy our dream house in Sooke. Throughout the whole process she was thoroughly professional, quick to communicate and led us expertly through the whole purchase process. Her advice was essential in getting our offer accepted ahead of others. Jaclyn was quick to sort out issues with the sellers agent when these arose and we felt Jaclyn was really on our side all the time. Although we did not sell in the same area she also recommended a local realtor who helped us sell our previous house which also went without a hitch. Jaclyn was wonderful to work with on the sale of my house a true professional at all times. She was always punctual and always encouraging especially at times when I was getting a little impatient and frustrated , she always had a positive attitude and kind supportive advice and has a very calm but confident manner . Jaclyn went above and beyond her duties as my Realtor and was always happy to help in various ways to make my move an easy transition which I am truly grateful for beings as i undertook this move and all that’s involved completely on my own.
