Jaclyn McMillan was an outstanding real estate professional to work with. Throughout the process of buying and selling out home we found Jaclyn to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In a highly competitive market, Jaclyn worked many late nights and long hours to ensure that we were able to get the best possible deal for our home and close on our dream property. We are extremely fortunate to have worked with Jaclyn and the rest of her team.

It was really nice working with Jacklyn. She has an excellent understanding of the market and the geography in general. In our numerous home-visits she would often point out the good and the bad things that had slipped our mind so we knew she was team us :). She has the knack to understand the clients needs and provides with options accordingly. In our entire 4-5 months of house search she was very patient and always accommodated our work schedules and even suggested us to take breaks based on the market conditions. A wonderful experience overall, nothing less than a 5-star rating.

Jaclyn was fantastic to work with. As first time buyers we didn’t know what we were looking for or how this process works, and she was patient and knowledgeable throughout the experience. Jaclyn is friendly and easy to communicate with, both in person and over text + email. We often had our (loud) toddler with us when we were looking at places and she was very sweet with him and would keep him entertained so we could view without distraction. It took us a few months to find our home and when we started to feel despair that we would never find a place Jaclyn’s positivity and confidence that we would find our perfect place kept us going. During the closing process—again total newbs—she walked us through everything (sometimes more than once), and continually checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable with everything that was happening (as it moves very quickly!) She was also able to negotiate our price down a bit after we learned about some upcoming costs in our new place which was an added, helpful bonus. All in all we had a great experience with Jaclyn, and will certainly recommend her to anyone we know who is looking for a realtor!

We really enjoyed working with Jaclyn. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and followed up on all our questions to ensure we were 100% comfortable with the property purchase which was very important to us as we were purchasing from out-of-province. We would definitely recommend Jaclyn to others.

Left my old realtor as our communications was breaking down and I realized she just wanted the commission from my purchase. Found Jaclyn and her team to help me with this purchase instead. Told her what I was looking for and my price limit. She helped me find something that fit my requirements and was super accommodating with me being in Vancouver buying in Victoria. We ended up purchasing a townhouse that I never thought I can afford. Working with her was probably my best experience at purchasing a property.

We worked with Jaclyn with selling our property in Sooke. We were very satisficed with the service Jaclyn provided us. Jaclyn was very responsive, keeping us updated on the process. Never pushy and always keeping our best interests as the priority. Consideration was given to the marketing strategy that paid off. We sold our property for what we were looking for and within a few days. We will be definitely be using Jaclyn again.
