We have only great things to say about working with Jaclyn. She is friendly and professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process - from looking at properties through to finalizing the paperwork and getting the keys. Jaclyn helped us buy our first home in Sooke, BC. She really did a good job understanding who we were and what we were looking for. We felt listened to and understood. Jaclyn was also helpful above-and-beyond when it came to property inspections - even out tromping through the forest in the rain when we were searching for property lines. She acted as a great intermediary between us and the district, inspectors, and the former property owners when some issues arose. We would definitely recommend her!

Jaclyn was outstanding to work with! In the tough Victoria market she helped my partner and I navigate through the buying our first house. She was always available to answer any questions we had and worked really well communicating with our our broker, lawyer and other agents. In the future if we sell/buy again we will definitely be working with Jaclyn again. It was a joy and an honour! We wouldn’t have been able to buy our condo without you!
