My family had an amazing experience with Ina! From the very first time we met I knew I made the right choice. We sold our condo and purchased an amazing townhouse with her. Ina seems to be available 24/7 ;) she is very nice, knowledgeable and experienced. I especially appreciate her service considering the overheated market we have right now, I feel like she did everything she could and even more. When we sold our condo she helped us to organize the process, it was our first time selling so all her advises were very helpful! As a result, we got even more than expected ;) Purchasing a house was a different story, again don’t forget about the market we have to deal with! First of all, due to her experience she knew all about pros and cons of the areas and houses we were looking at which helped us to find a right one according to our family’s needs. Ina always worked with our schedule and found time if we wanted to see a house within next couple hours. We had to participate in few biddings and I do think that we got our house thanks to Ina, her exceptional communication skills and ability to find a special approach to every person. I should mention that during all this process I was very pregnant and we had pretty limited time to find a house, so I felt like we were a priority to her (but I am sure she makes all her customers feel the same ;)) And 3 weeks prior to my due date we had the offer signed! Even after we had purchased a house and moved in she was following up to make sure everything went well. I appreciate her attitude so much! A good agent makes a difference, I had an experience in the past and I can compare. I highly recommend Ina Halko to everyone who is looking to purchase a dream house!

My fiancee and I bought our first house together with Ina's help. This was extremely difficult during the pandemic as properties were selling fast and well above listing price. Ina spent a lot of time with us to view houses ranging in size, age, location, layout and price to make sure we were happy with our final purchase. She is extremely professional, friendly and responsive to her client's needs. We were very lucky to have her as our real estate agent. She is the best!

We are so much appreciated Ina Halko for selling our condo in North York, Toronto. Ina has done all possible to attract many potential buyers by making valuable tips/changes to improve our home before it went on the market. She also staged our home wonderfully. We had a chance to work with her photographer Yury who is an expert in photography, video and virtual tour. When it came time to go on the market, we had a lot of showings and Ina kept in touch with us throughout the entire process.
