Greg is a no-nonsense realtor. Upon the first meeting, he explained the status of the house in terms of salability. He was not trying to appease me. He rather gave me all the pros and cons. He listened to my aims and help me decide. Indeed, he correctly predicted what was going to happen. Greg is knowledgeable, experienced, and most of all, reliable and trustworthy.

He is personable, professional, punctual and is spot on with his assessments. He sold my last house in one day for full asking price and was so helpful with a couple of problems I encountered with the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend him!
