Okay, so I am a little biased... I have done 10 "ends" with Greg in the 8 years I have known him. Listen folks, not all Realtors are competent let alone OUTSTANDING. Greg falls in the latter category... He comes with an amazing business background through West Edmoton Mall and Edmonton Oilers experience. What does that bring to the table?... Professionalism, Business Saavy, INCREDIBLE NEGOTIATION SKILLS, Good Communication Skills and someone who actually gives a c**p and is not just in it for the bucks. I have bought and sold on my own in the past but Greg has made me a believer that he is "Value Added".... he saved and made me a whole bunch of money both with my own residences and with income properties. RUN, DONT WALK to Greg when you are dealing with 1 of your biggest assets.

Greg has helped me in the sale and purchase of 3 different homes, so I obviously referred my mom ( a senior citizen) to him to help her make the move from a home to a condo. Greg was very patient and kind in helping my mom during what could have been a tough transition. Greg is a fantastic and reliable realtor, always making my family feel that our interests and needs were his top priority.
