As out-of-town buyers, he went out of his way to accommodate and help us navigate suitable neighbourhoods, listings, and viewings - often on short notice and to suit our travel plans to the city. He was very helpful in gauging value and the status of properties, never rushed us, and we felt he understood our needs right from the start. By the final step, he did an excellent job of negotiating on our behalf!
