We worked with Greg to find a Condo in downtown Edmonton. Through the process we put offers on 2 condos. In both cases Greg's advice was perfect. he knows the market, and provides good advice and recommendations. My wife and me have purchased 6 properties in our history. Greg was the most knowledgeable of all the realtors we've had in the past. While I'm a tradesman and consider myself knowledgeable in housing, he was able to point out things I never considered. He also gave us a greater understanding of pricing/what to look for, what would add value, etc. Things I never would have though to ask about or noticed during a walkthrough. Again I'm an experienced house buyer and tradesman, so I'm very impressed with what he was able to provide to us. He helped us through the whole process, and helped us even make a deal 7K less then the original agreed to price. We highly recommend Greg.
