Greg is a very nice man and an extremely professional agent. He was able to quickly and efficiently take care of all our real-estate needs. He made the purchase of our house very easy for us. I would highly recommend him and will use him again in the future!

This was an estate sale. We had the property listed for nearly a year through a different realtor and received 1 offer that fell through in that time frame. We made the decision in Oct. of 2018 to switch realtors and that is when we found Greg. We realized that Edmonton was not in a good place for selling a property but thought the property was in a great location and was attractive for the year it was built. Within a month and a few days Greg had brought us 2 offers. This was a great thing looking at the present Edmonton market. The first one fell through due to some conditions but the second offer was accepted. Greg did a fantastic job on the negotiations and kept us up to date. We did reduce the price however Greg advised us that in order to get a quicker sale in the existing Edmonton market we would have to consider lowering the asking price in order to give the property value. This strategy was accepted as we realized we could be on the market a great deal longer if we did not adopt Greg's strategy. Greg is a fantastic professional Realtor that knows his business as well as the modern way of conducting real estate marketing and transactions. He possesses great communication and negotiation skills. We would recommend Greg to anyone.

We had Greg list our house and he did an excellent job in a tough market. He was very professional to work with and his negotiation skills are excellent. Greg was recommended by a friend when I moved back to Edmonton and needed a realtor to help me purchase a home. I could not have been happier to be working with Greg and would highly recommend him to anyone. He is extremely knowledgable regarding the features of all of the neighbourhoods that we looked at. He had great attention to detail when we looked through the homes with respect to what was good quality and what would make a good business/investment purchase not just an emotional home purchase. I always knew he had my back and was a very strong negotiator. There were opportunities for him to just recommend that I accept a counter offer but he always had my best interest at heart and on several occasions recommended that the counter offer was not appropriate for the quality of the house or neighbourhood and recommended that we walked away. This was something that I really needed as I did not want to make just an emotional purchase and wanted to make a sound investment as well. I ended up in a great home and a great neighbourhood and am very happy. Greg is also very quick to return calls or texts and was always available even when he was out of town. Greg will be the only realtor that I ever recommend in the future !!
