Greg has supported a new home sale, as I am a FIRST time NEW home buyer. Greg knew what questions to ask, negotiate..... looking after MY best interest. I can’t say enough how impressed I was with Greg McDannold and the work he did helping me sell my home and buy a condo. Greg took the time to explain the process, navigate the market, provide quality recommendations to help me determine listing prices. His ability to read a situation and negotiate in my best interest was load off my mind and I knew I could trust Greg to have MY best interests at heart. Responsiveness, communication,and professionalism are the words that come to mind when I reflect on Greg’s work for me. I would recommend Greg to anyone buying or selling!

<p>This is the second time we have used Greg as our agent to sell our condo. In<br /> both cases Greg was extremely professional and very knowledgeable of the market conditions. <p>We listed our estate lot home with Greg in spring 2016. We had multiple showings and a deal that fell through as the purchaser was unable to secure a mortgage. We took our home off the market and then relisted with Greg in January 2017. The home sold in May 2017. What we like about Greg is he stuck to our plan and we sold for an agreeable price. He did not pressure us to lower our price and even though it took a little longer we are happy.</p> <p>Greg is respectful, conscientious, prompt and focused. He answers calls and texts promptly. He helped us so much with answers to legal questions and even gave us leads on legal services, carpet cleaners, etc. We appreciated this very much as it is nice to enlist the services of companies that are recommended.</p> <p>Greg is a tough negotiator and we purchased our "new to us" home with him as well. We highly recommend his services as a realtor.</p>
