Geoff is super knowledgeable of the area, of the buying process, and of housing in general. It’s clear he also did research in the buildings we visited so that he could inform me of any necessary details. He was always kind and courteous, and he did an excellent job of both keeping in mind my needs and wants for housing, and guiding me through the purchasing process as a first time buyer. He helped me with how to sort through the places viewed without becoming overwhelmed by possibilities, and also pointed out thinks about the properties (good and bad) that I would have never thought about because of my inexperience.

We used Geoff McLennan for the sale of our townhouse and the purchase of our family's first single family home. To say that his services did not disappoint would be an understatement. Although we already knew that his ability to market for sale is amongst the best in the business (and formed our original decision to utilize his services) we were continually impressed by the level of information provided and the timeliness of communication. Dealing with a challenging winter real estate market, amidst the current interest rate environment our transactions took multiple months to all come together - without Geoff we're not sure if we would have got across the line. At no point did Geoff's communication stop and at every point his recommendations were never remotely pushy, solely in our best interests (rather than getting a transaction done as quickly as possible) and ultimately left us with a sale price we're happy with and a new home that is going to be fantastic for our family. In an industry that has a lot of options when selecting a Realtor, we can honestly relay that the experience that Geoff brings is only matched by his obvious passion for his job and the industry he works in. We got more than we expected, faster than we expected and I think part of that was actually looking at the sales data and trends with Geoff. It helped us establish a reasonable price and expectation that I feel did well for us, with far more offers than we expected and I felt well informed throughout this entire process. He had excellent advice for getting our place set up for showing, I felt like he had the perfect quantity, quality and frequency of communication with us for questions and to let us know how things were going as we were travelling during listing. Geoff is professional, friendly, outgoing, straight forward and dedicated. He has a great online presence and he is fantastic to work with. This is the second time we have used Geoff and if we were staying local, he would have been our number one choice for buying our next home.

Geoff was fantastic with the sale of our house. He had our best interests at heart through out the process, and was always available to help answer our (many) questions. We were very satisfied with the outcome of our sale!
