Geoff was an incredible and indispensable real estate agent in both selling our townhouse and buying our condo recently. He walked us through each step of the process and answered my thousands of questions in lightening quick time. This is the second “buy and sell” we have done with Geoff in the last 10 years and we couldn’t be more happier in our experience with him. I highly recommend him and have recommended him to several of my colleagues who have also done real estate transactions with him and are equally as impressed. Wouldn’t buy or sell a home without him!

Geoff created an excellent sales package of pictures, video and write-up that showed off the beauty of our suite. We felt that Geoff provided us with good advice on the pricing of our home backed up by comparables and market trend facts. Good communication throughout the whole process.

Geoff was an outstanding realtor and we are so happy we hired him. He helped us sell our home quickly and for our asking price in a market that was cooling quickly. Several homes in our neighbourhood that went on the market the same time as ours were still available weeks after we had sold, with many dropping their asking price. Geoff really understood the market and provided us with exceptional guidance. If we hadn't moved out of the lower mainland there is no doubt we would use Geoff for any future real estate transactions.

I used Geoff as my realtor for both buying and selling. When buying, I always felt he had my best interest at heart. He either knew the history of the building and/or strata and would be honest in how well it was run or maintained and if he was unsure, he’d make videos that would summarize the minutes and docs so I could easily understand and make an informed decision. Geoff truly made the buying experience stress free, and enjoyable. In selling, I had made this decision rather abruptly and while I was out of town and busy with my wedding. Geoff made it happen and again, made it so easy and stress free. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would definitely use his services again if we move back to the lower mainland.

We've used Geoff's services twice in the past few years and wish we could use him for our next purchase (but it is out of province). If we could take him with us, we would! His level of professionalism, knowledge and expertise is unmatched. He really is the BEST and I can't recommend him enough. Do yourself a favor and reach out to him for all your real estate needs!
