<p>I am SO happy with the work that Geoff did on selling my unit. From the video he made about my unit, where he was willing to fight you in regards to donair choices, to the company he brought in for the photos, the entire process was easy and successful! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to sell their home! He is very knowledgeable about the New West area and is able to easily deal with highly anxious first-time sellers.</p> <p>side note: multiple friends had to check out the donair place after seeing the video he made of my unit and neighbourhood!</p>

Our experience with Geoff was nothing but smooth, professional and stress-free. As first time home-buyers we had numerous questions but Geoff was always there to guide us through the process. Geoff was very knowledgeable about the various buildings in New Westminster as well as the various market trends and this helped steer us in the right direction. At no point did we ever feel pressured into buying, and this made working with Geoff a breeze. We reached out to Geoff because a friend had worked with Geoff when they purchased their home in New Westminster, and I would not hesitate to recommend Geoff to other friends and family. We would certainly like to work with Geoff in any future real estate transactions.

Geoff has been our realtor for 7 years now. We really enjoy the personal connection that he maintains with his clients and the with the community. We always look foreword to the opportunities he provides to connect throughout the year. Recently he helped us sell our home. We loved the video and photos that he arranged, as well as his advice for getting our place ready. Geoff was great to work with and is really making a name for himself in New Westminster. We found him very knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile.

Geoff is a very reliable realtor with intimate knowledge of the New Westminster market and a great understanding of the GVA market overall. He assisted us in purchasing our first home in New West and helped us subsequently sell that property as well, creating great value for us in the process. In both those deals, Geoff was pragmatic and very responsive, allowing us to make the best decisions possible with his guidance. Both deals also closed very quickly and were in our favour each time, which is a testament to Geof's negotiation skills. Geoff has a very practical, down-to-earth style and had answers to all of our questions. He is very easy to work with and is a great person to have on your side, as both a deal representative and also a guide through the many stages of a real estate transaction. I highly recommend Geoff's excellent services and would engage him again on future deals.
