I first met Geoff back in 2018 at an open house for one of his listings. I had been looking for an apartment for several months at that point, with no luck. When I expressed my frustrations to Geoff, he immediately offered to help me find a place and signed me up for an app that sent me daily notifications of new properties so I could easily choose any I wanted to view. Over the next three years (!) Geoff was extremely helpful and quickly arranged viewings for any condo I showed interest in. Together, we placed offers on four properties but unfortunately I was outbid every time. Finally, in September 2021, I found my dream place and with Geoff's advice and assistance, was able to come out on top of seven other offers. I would not hesitate to recommend Geoff to anyone looking to buy their home. His communication was top-notch and he was extremely patient with my many questions and my perfectionism in trying to find the perfect place. Thank you, Geoff!

I highly recommend Geoff McLennan as a realtor. I've been working with Geoff for a few years to find a place. He was patient and stayed with me as my life evolved and requirements kept changing. As we were preparing to list our home, we had done some research and had seen some of Geoff's video work online, through social media. We knew he had a knack for the area of town we were listing in, and he seemed so approachable and honest on camera. After our first meeting with him, we found him to be even more forthcoming and trustworthy in person. Geoff steered us in the right direction on our list price and did not make us feel as though we were being pressured in the slightest. His turnaround time on the photos, video and listin was extremely impressive (and we were right, his knowledge of our neighborhood was second-to-none). Our home sold in just over two weeks and we were dealt with in such a professional way. We highly recommend Geoff for your real estate needs.

I'm the Son of a Real Estate Agent that was top of his field for 40 years so I am extra hard to impress. Geoff absolutely exceeded my expectations for the whole process. The thing that was most impressive was his market valuation presentation. He was knowledgeable about all of the facets of the sale, and frankly it made the process of choosing a sale price easy. His deep dive into explaining why our property was worth what it was included things that I wouldn't have thought of, and made me feel well informed. The team that he brought with him for Photos / Videos / Floor-plan was top notch. He was responsive to requests and had good turnaround time. I highly recommend Geoff.
