Excellent and knowledgeable Realtor. He went almost everywhere in the province looking at houses with us. He never pressured us to buy something and always had our best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Dylan to anyone looking to move in Nova Scotia.

My husband and I just bought our first home about a month ago. Our situation was particularly complicated and we could not have asked for a more patient and understanding realtor. Dylan made the whole process as stress free as possible! We were so oblivious to the whole home buying process and he was able to answer our many questions! haha He was ALWAYS available when we needed anything and we really appreciated how kind and supportive he was! When I called ReMax Truro this past April, Dylan just happened to be the one who picked up the phone! We had just decided to move, and luckily he was able to convince us to sell right away. We were a bit hesitant to get things rolling, but because of his encouragement and support we were able to sell instantly (4 hours after listing!!!) and receive more for our house than we ever dreamed possible!!! What a skilled, personable, knowledgeable young man. He has quite a future ahead of him.
