Dylan was so amazing. He sat with us and listened to what we wanted and gave excellent feedback and options. He put our listing on ever possible social media platform to get it out there. As well as several updates. He kept us updated with absolutely everything we needed to know. Was very experienced and knowledgeable on all aspects of our expectations. After the buyers settled with an agreement, he kept us updated on the whole process and when everything was completed. I’m in a different province so this was so helpful. I would definitely recommend Dylan to all my friends and family. Did an exceptional job selling my home.

Dylan has helped us, family and friends, and there's 2 things that I find so important in an agent. 1) Integrity!!! 2) Easy to communicate with. Dylan rates 100% on both. We wanted to find a house in the Antigonish area. I fell for one, but there was an accepted offer on it. The selling agent wasn't exactly receptive to our interest, but I asked Dylan to keep an eye on it and keep trying, and he did! He graciously showed me every other home I thought might tick the boxes, but nope. Finally he got the agent on the home I wanted to let us see it and put in a backup offer. Sure enough the first offer fell through, our offer was accepted and the rest is history!!! I couldn't be happier. Never give up on your dreams and don't choose an agent that will either!
