I don’t quite think I’ve met a realtor like Dylan in my life, he is just so wonderful. A lot of realtors don’t understand you, or rush you along and make you feel like you’re wasting their time, or are just trying to get a sale. But the patience, understandingness, kindness (but also will give it to you straight) and trust worthiness just makes Dylan different and on the top for us. Constantly communicating with us, constantly wanting our best interests and constantly treating us like we were the only ones on the planet and never rushing us. He will go above and beyond for everything you need. Definitely will always be on our list to call when we need a realtor!

Dylan struck me right away as someone who cares about his clients and doing the best he can for them. Dylan went above and beyond in everyway, even taking time away from his vacation with his family to help when we needed. I can not speak more highly of him and his professionalism through the entire experience. We purchased our home while still living in Ontario with plans to move to Nova Scotia. Finding the right agent that was willing to work for a long distance client was not easy at first but hen we got connected with Dylan and we are so glad we did he really made a difference in our big move and has continued to be someone we can reach out to with questions or referrals. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a agent.

Dylan is a fantastic realtor. We were going to buy a home in New Glasgow but ultimately bought in another province. If we were to ever look at buying a home in Nova Scotia we will call Dylan before anyone else, he was always available, seemed to have unlimited knowledge and always gave us the honest truth (even if it was hard to hear). I would highly recommend Dylan to anyone looking for a realtor in the Truro and Pictou County area. We had a long process since we were buying a house and living in another province. Dylan was more than patient, understanding, and made the transition effortless. He was always available and went above and beyond to find us the perfect home.

It's hard to find the words to express how grateful we were to find a gem like Dylan. Our task for him was to find a house for us in an area we had never visited, and knew nothing about. We discovered Dylan only by chance as we liked one of his listings and he took us on and our big ask. He went to several houses for us and took detailed videos, then walked through the houses and narrated all issues good and bad on each place. We had a 4 hour time difference and Dylan often would help us well into the night for him. He never once made us feel as if we were imposing on him. He has knowledge and a genuineness beyond his years and we feel truly blessed to have had Dylan as our agent in this huge move for us. Even after our move he continues to help us with questions on the area. Thank you Dylan you are the best!!

When my wife and I were looking for our forever home, and decided on the Truro area, we were referred to Dylan from a Halifax realtor. This referral was one of the luckiest breaks ever! Dylan is far above average in everything he does. He is not simply a Real Estate Agent, he is an Agent FOR YOU! He showed us more houses than I can even recall, and in our absence, was happy to look at homes for us, always giving us an honest and informed answer or opinion. I have worked with other great Realtors in the past, but Dylan outperforms all of them in every way. It never felt like he was trying to sell us a house. It was more like he was tailoring a suit to fit us perfectly, happy to make every alteration we asked. Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, Dedicated, Honest, Sharp, Genuine, Tireless, and Loyal are only the tip of the iceberg when chosing words to describe Dylan. Do not be fooled by his kind and easy going nature, this man works harder for you than you can ever expect. We are living in the Home of our dreams, and this would not have been possible without Dylan. Not. Even. Close. I have already referred Dylan to others, and I will continue to do so.
