Dylan was outstanding to work with, he made our purchase process very easy. We moved from Saskatchewan to Nova Scotia, and he traveled a long distance for us to do video viewings to save us time and money flying back and forth. If anyone is looking for an agent that goes above and beyond then Dylan is your person.

Wow!! Just wow!! We can't say enough about Dylan Musgrave. We had been trying to sell our house in Ontario for quite sometime. During this process. We were looking online for realtors in Nova Scotia.... we decided on Dylan based on the wonderful reviews about him. How very true every review was. Dylan was with us from day one. Before our house even sold. He was staying intouch with us. Answering question in a wonderfully timely manner. If there was a house we really wanted to see he virtually showed it to us. He was extremely thorough. Going over the good the bad and the ugly. Our house finally sold in Ontario and we planned a quick rushed trip to Nova Scotia to look at houses. Dylan booked every house we wanted to see, unless he knew they were not for us And explanined why. He planned the best route to take for efficiency of timing and what was most important for us to see during the daylight. When we arrived he had the whole tour planned and a package of information for us of each house. Dylan surprised me in his knowledge of real estate as a whole. Things we never would have even thought. (I should mention... in Ontario I am a Real Estate Sales person.). He is everything in an Agent you would want. Kind, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, wonderful customer service skills. Great at negotiating for his buyers. Im sure if we were selling he would rock at that also. Dylan is also very professional. If you are relocating he is very knowledgeable about that also. But I believe all of these skill are just who Dylan is. We would highly recommend Dylan to anyone. Thank you Dylan for everything. You haven't seen the last of us also.
