It was a difficult purchase of a leasehold apartment in maintenance arrears -- with many pitfalls and issues that required negotiation, knowledge, and tact. Dennis kept cool, provided sage advice that when necessary contradicted what we thought we needed, but always for the best! In the end everything came together, but Dennis showed superior, nay, excellent, wonderful expertise in the whole thing. And he cared for all the little details -- recommended insurance brokers, real estate lawyers and conveyancers, etc. etc. etc. In short, if you are buying or selling in Vancouver, just go to Dennis already. We cannot praise him enough!
