I highly recommend Dennis. We were able to get the condo that we love through his skillful negotiations with the seller. He explained to us a lot of things about the condo that wouldn't even cross our minds (e.g. the price, how to assess the value of the condo, etc.) His knowledge of the housing market is the best. All the stats and information that he presented to us are well researched and up to date. When we were viewing potential condos, he helped us ask the right questions. Dennis was always in touch with us up to the day that we took possession of the place. He didn't just gave us the key to the condo. Dennis made sure that our transition ran smoothly. Would you believe he even helped us and the mover carry and take out stuff in his realtor outfit?!!! Really who would do that?!!! Dennis called us a day after the move to make sure that we are settled while he was on vacation. His service is personal and professional. We couldn't have asked for more. We were very happy with Dennis in our purchase of a Vancouver condo. He's a very outgoing, friendly guy, and he's also someone who pays close attention to the details. Dennis went through the strata council documents with a fine-tooth comb, even though the timeframe was very tight. He was always available to us, and would get back to us immediately when we had a question.
