My wife and I searched for our first home over the last few years before using Dennis. We are great full that we used him. He showed us a sense of caring and relatability. He quickly did everything he said he was going to do and more. Our many texts and emails would be responded to in minutes no matter what time of day. We are extremely happy with Dennis’ professional service, his real estate knowledge and we over the moon with our new home.

Dennis assisted us in home hunting and his service was amazing. He was on top of the things, he was always on time,always answered our questions/requests within couple of mins. He is very patient and professional even we had silly questions :). He was always here for us and even after the property was transferred over and that means a lot for us! We will definitely recommend his service to not only our friends but all people who are looking for a great realtor.

When it comes to sales, often times in the past we've encountered those types of people who come across as fake or slimy, like a used car salesman, Dennis is absolutely NOT that. He is genuine and actually cares about placing people in the home that suits them best. He is patient and helpful. When you ask a question or want to know something, he's on it quickly and gets an answer usually the same day. As first time homebuyers we had a million dumb questions. Our lack of knowledge of the home buying process was a bit bewildering. Dennis's calm demeanor made us feel relaxed and put us at ease. By the end of our time with Dennis, we had found a home that suited our every need, in our favourite neighborhood. Best part of it all, Dennis was able to close the deal under asking price. We were left saying to ourselves, "Dennis is great, we should go grab a beer with him". Happy first time homebuyers. Will call Dennis again when we are ready to sell without a doubt. Dennis cares.
