<p>We would most certainly use Rachel Windsor and her team again if we was to move again, which we are hoping not to for a long while. Experiences are very subjective and there is always room for improvement, including myself as the buyer, so I didn't give a 5. I gave her a 4 for neighbourhood knowledge only because we were already very familiar with the neighbourhood and it was pretty much the only neighbourhood we were interested in. I'm sure her knowledge would've been great too since she lived over in the next neigbourhood.</p> <p>Rachel worked with us and was very patient. She wasn't just a salesperson who tried to sell us on houses as we did our house hunting. She was a counsellor holding our hand through the buying process, and telling us the good, bad, and the ugly. She built a relationship with us.</p> <p>Credit must also be given to the back office as they kept us on track to possession date.</p>

<p>Denis went above and beyond for us. Our situation was quite unique and he helped us avoid foreclosure. I think we listed our house too high in the beginning which caused the house to stay on the market longer than we wanted.</p> <p>He was always available and answered our questions in a timely manner. I would most definitely recommend him to all our friends and family. He knows the ins and outs of the real estate and foreclosure industries and was able to work with us to avoid foreclosing our home. None of this would have been possible without him. We are so extremely grateful to him and his team.</p>

When it came time for negotiating, Denis did his research to ensure that we were making a fair, informed offer. Denis is professional, prompt, knowledgable and helpful. He is also hilarious and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I will call Denis anytime I need to sell or buy property.</p>

Always met us with a smile, helped us find our 'one and done forever home' and always ensured we were happy with our choice! His knowledge was always appreciated and his experience was always apparent in all aspects of the transaction! Will always recommend him time and time again!</p>
