Dave helped us buy a home on fairly short notice, and we were very satisfied with the experience. He is professional, friendly, and very responsive. We were rusty on the real estate process but he was very patient in explaining everything and walking us through the process. Dave Ryan has been assisting with the sale of our condo years before we contacted him to actually put the condo up for sale. I had been sending him emails and questions about the market in our area for a couple years. Every time I sent an email, Dave quickly responded to my questions. Throughout the initial steps of putting to condo for sale all the way through the offer and moving towards our closing date, he was available to help with any concerns I had. Offering referrals for lawyers was a huge help. We are so happy we choose Dave Ryan as our realtor!
