Dave did a great job of facilitating the buying of one property and the selling of another recently. He is professional and happy to answer any questions I had. We discussed the pricing and negotiating of the property at length and he provided valuable insight into where we should go with that. Hopefully, this is our forever home, but if not Dave will be the first person we call to buy or sell.
