With Dave Ryan’s expertise and experience we were able to sell our home quickly and at a selling price we were happy to accept. His professional manner, his attention to details such as in his pamphlet to prospective buyers and his friendliness meant that it was far less stressful than our previous experience selling our home. He was always prompt to reply to our questions. We would recommend him to our friends.

Dave (and John) were excellent at communication, and a calming influence when necessary. They behaved professionally and always made sure to assist when asked.
