Working with Dave Ryan was an excellent experience. Dave grew up in the local area and was very familiar with the market and offered very reasonable expectations.

Dave was always quick to respond to all questions we had. We really appreciated that he was able to share feedback comments with us from people viewing our home. We would definitely recommend Dave for anyone looking to sell their home!

My experience with Dave was a good one. We wanted a certain price but that’s normal. What we needed was a quick sale to accommodate other things in our lives…Dave came through and never moved off centre with our request. He certainly generated a lot of interest in our home, there were quite a few people went through the house and Dave gave me feedback every time they did. We are done and happy, that’s the goal for all of us and he achieved that for my wife and I. Call Dave, he knows what he’s doing, that’s what counts!

Dave was easy to work with, always available when needed. Made the process very smooth. Dave is a no pressure easy going realtor.

Dave was amazing! 1 hour after our initial conversation he sent us a list of potential properties to look at. When we wanted to look at a property he was quick and on the ball setting up the viewings and talking to the selling agent about any information he could gain for us about the property. During the offer process he helped guide us through what would be the best offer to write to make sure we got the house at the best price. He is our realtor for life no doubt about it.
