John and Dave Ryan have helped me purchase and sell 5 different premises in the past. They have always been professional helpful and knowledgeable in all the dealings in the past. The only reason that I did not give a 5 star rating is there is always room for improvement. their professionalism has always been forefront.

Honestly, I don't think we could've done this without Dave's candor, professionalism and patience. As first time home buyers my husband and I decided to add the extra stress of buying in Alberta while living in Ontario. Dave's communication skills were impeccable; no question was too trivial. His experience and extensive knowledge of the purchasing process was so very much appreciated. We'd deal with Dave again in a heartbeat.

Dave was great with helping us through the process of selling our home. He was always available to answer any questions we had and was always available when needed. He knows the area and market well and helped us get over asking offer! Highly recommend Dave for selling or buying!
