We would highly recommend Dave. He was super helpful from beginning to end He was wonderful to communicate with, always lots of patience and quick to answer our questions.

I have been looking for a house and it seemed as soon as they went on the market they were gone before we were even able to see them. I recieved suggestions from Dave and very useful information on things to look for and he is quick on the new ones on the market. Negotiating with the seller went smoothly Dave definitely knows his stuff!!!!
