Dave (and John) were excellent at communication, and a calming influence when necessary. They behaved professionally and always made sure to assist when asked. We had been looking for a long time for our forever home, and they showed incredible patience as we worked our way through that process! They completed both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one, and I would not hesitate to recommend them both to anyone who is in the market.
